Polydextrose 90 Liquid is a high-content soluble dietary fiber product with fiber content over 90%. It is made from dextrose, sorbitol and citric acid through polymerization, decolorization, filtration, ion exchange and concentration. It appears yellow liquid with stable performance and wide application. It has no strict regulatory restrictions in most countries and is recognized as safe food ingredient.
