Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHDS06 series 2.00mm dual row double plastic straight pin header is designed to deliver stable power transmission and anti-interference signal connection between printed circuit boards. This connector ranges from 2 pins to 80 pins, adopting brass as conductive contact material with multiple plating options including gold flash, selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating. The insulator is made of PA6T flame retardant material meeting UL94V 0 standard, and the unique double plastic structure greatly enhances positioning stability during assembly. It supports 1.5 Amp rated current, with minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, maximum 20mΩ contact resistance and 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage, working reliably in the wide temperature range from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. The complete production flow covers independent mold research and development, precision terminal stamping, plastic injection molding, surface anti-oxidation plating, automatic assembly and comprehensive electrical performance testing. Equipped with Taiwan high-speed punching equipment and Japanese precision injection molding machines, we provide two structural types and three optional pin lengths, with strict dimensional tolerance control to fully match standard PCB layout requirements.

This dual row straight pin header applies through-hole DIP soldering installation, compatible with automated wave soldering and manual soldering processes for PCB mounting. It is widely used in industrial control devices, automotive electronic modules, communication equipment, smart home appliances, precision testing instruments, computer peripherals and consumer electronic products. During operation, users must follow the official PCB layout parameters for soldering, avoid excessive welding temperature to prevent plastic insulator deformation, and keep pin terminals away from dust, moisture and corrosive substances to extend service life.
