Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AH6352 female housing connector series with 6.35mm pitch is designed to mate perfectly with matched male terminals, realizing safe high current power transmission and stable signal connection for wire to wire and wire to board assembly applications. This housing provides multiple specifications ranging from 2 poles to 8 poles, manufactured from premium Nylon66 material that complies with UL94V 2 flame retardant standard. It is rated for 15A current and 600V AC DC voltage, capable of enduring 5000V alternating current voltage within one minute, featuring minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, and maintains reliable working performance within the wide temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Our mature production process includes independent mold research and development, precision plastic injection molding, automatic trimming, dimensional inspection and strict electrical safety performance testing in our professional laboratory. Equipped with Japanese precision injection molding equipment, all critical dimensions are precisely controlled within specified tolerances, and the dual side locking buckle structure effectively prevents accidental disconnection during long term high load equipment operation.
