The base is molded from black PBT material that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, while the contact part adopts 0.4mm thick stainless steel with tin nickel plating, and multiple plating options such as gold flash and selective gold plating are available to meet anti-oxidation and high-conductivity requirements. The product features clear positive and negative polarity marking to avoid reverse battery installation, precise structural design ensures tight battery clamping and stable contact resistance during long-term equipment vibration and operation. Our standardized production workflow covers independent mold development, high-speed stainless steel terminal stamping, high-temperature plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion surface electroplating, automatic assembly and strict conductivity reliability testing in professional laboratories. Equipped with Taiwan high-speed stamping and Japanese precision injection molding equipment, all mounting dimensions are strictly controlled within tiny tolerances to perfectly match standard PCB layout for through-hole wave soldering.
