Per drawing specifications, the insulator is high-performance PPS material meeting UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, paired with six-finger beryllium copper contact clips and brass sleeves. It fits mating pins from 0.7mm to 0.9mm diameter, rated at 3A current with maximum 10 milliohms contact resistance, sustaining 1000V RMS dielectric strength and providing stable insertion and withdrawal force for consistent mating. Single row versions cover 1 to 40 contacts while dual row models support 2 to 80 contacts to meet multi-channel connection demands. Our full production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high-precision beryllium copper machining, high-temperature PPS injection molding, multi-thickness gold or tin electroplating, automatic assembly and full mechanical cycle testing.
