The insulator is made of PPS blended with 30 percent glass fiber, complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, while brass sleeves support tin over nickel and multi-grade gold plating surface finishes. It carries 1.0 Amp rated current, maximum 10MΩ contact resistance and minimum 1000V RMS dielectric strength, enduring at least 100 mating cycles and operating reliably across -40°C to +105°C.
