The JHE/JHF/OHA series are single-stage, single-suction, radially split,centerline-mounted, cantilevered centrifugal pumps. The JHE/JHF seriescomply with API610-10th and DIN/ISO/VDMA24927 standards; the OHAseries meet API610-11 standards. Its optimized design performance andstructure accommodate both light and heavy-duty applications, whilemodular construction enhances pump interchangeability.

PRECISION CASTING
JH pumps Casting factory owns 4 special steel casting lines, supported by industrial 3D printing technology for rapid mold manufacturing. It includestwo 3,000t/a resin sand lines, one 600t/a lost foam casting line and one100t/a precision casting line. We adopt ProE 3D simulation for castingdesign and Huazhu CAE software for solidification pre-analysis.Equippedwith floor-standing spectrometer, heat treatment equipment, shot blastingand other advanced equipment to ensure the quality of castings. The molten steel produced at one time reaches 2.5 tons.

PROCESSING CAPABILITY
CNC horizontal lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC floor milling and boring machine, machining center and more than200 sets of equipments.
The maximum machining diameter reaches 3 meters, and the maximum workpiece length is 6 meters.
