Flange: Follow the standard HG/T20592 PN10. It can also be customized according to requirements.Drainage pipe: Large-diameter design, cast as a whole. Connecting pipe: Cast as a whole, with high corrosion resistance and sufficient strength. It is important in supporting the operation load of the pump.
Drainage elbow pipe: Corrosion-resistant alloy, with excellent resistance to erosion and abrasion, capable of safely releasing the pressure from the pump outlet.
Coupling: Diaphragm, greater compensation, high-torque transmission, convenient maintenance.
Thrust bearing : Face-to-face arrangement, 7300 series, 40° contact angle, metal cage Water-cooled bearing housing is optional.
Shaft: Corrosion resistant alloy with high strength.
Submerged slide bearing support: Corrosion and wear resistant, HRC ≥ 40
Static seal: Constrained O-ring

Both the casing and impeller are fitted with replaceable sealing rings. Rich Text Area
Supported by a slide bearing (below the liquid level) and a rolling bearing (above liquid level). For applications with longer submersion depth, two sets of submerged slide bearings are used for support.
Two sealing options are available depending on the pumped medium: For 93–98% concentrated sulfuric acid, packing seal is adopted. For oleum, combined dry gas seal is used, which features easy maintenance and disassembly, and effectively prevents flue gas leakage.
Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, which is added via straight-through grease cups. Slide bearings are lubricated by the pumped medium itself.
A snake spring coupling is employed, which provides excellent compensation, two axes are relatively neutral with good shock absorption and easy assembly/disassembly.
Flanges are designed in accordance with HG/T20592, and other flange standards can be selected based on customer requirements.
The pump series is manufactured using materials including JSB-1, JSB-2, and JSB-11.
Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counter-clockwise.

02 PRECISION CASTING
JH pumps Casting factory has 4 special steel casting production lines including 2 3,000-ton-per-year resin sand production lines, 1 600-ton-per-year disappearance mold casting production line and 1 100-ton-per-year fine casting production line. 03 PROCESSING CAPABILITY
CNC horizontal lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC floor milling and boring machine, machining center and more than 100 sets of equipments. The maximum machining diameter reaches 3 meters, and the maximum workpiece length is 6 meters.
