PRECISION CASTING
JH pumps Casting factory owns 4 special steel casting lines, supported by industrial 3D printing technology for rapid mold manufacturing. It includestwo 3,000t/a resin sand lines, one 600t/a lost foam casting line and one100t/a precision casting line. We adopt ProE 3D simulation for castingdesign and Huazhu CAE software for solidification pre-analysis.Equippedwith floor-standing spectrometer, heat treatment equipment, shot blastingand other advanced equipment to ensure the quality of castings. The molten steel produced at one time reaches 2.5 tons.
