Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FDDS01 series 2.54mm pitch DIP plug connector with 7.3mm fixed mating height is a through-hole plug component designed for stable signal and low-current circuit interconnection with matched female sockets. According to the engineering drawing, this plug offers Type A and Type B two structural pin tail designs, and supports contact quantities ranging from 6 pins up to 64 pins to satisfy multi-channel connection needs. The insulator is made of PBT material mixed with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, and can be customized into black or gray colors. Brass pins are provided with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating options to improve anti-oxidation performance and long-term conductivity. Its electrical specifications include 1.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC DC dielectric voltage and operate continuously within the temperature range of minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. All PCB layout dimensions are strictly controlled within unified tiny tolerances to adapt to standard wave soldering processes. Our complete standardized production workflow covers independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature resistant PBT injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment ensure consistent dimensional accuracy during mass batch production.
This through-hole plug connector supports tray, bag, tube and tape reel four packaging modes to match manual assembly and fully automatic DIP insertion production lines. Operators insert the straight pin tails into reserved holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and complete wave soldering fixation, then insert the plug body into corresponding female header sockets to form complete closed-loop signal transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control modules, communication circuit boards, digital display devices, smart household appliances, automotive auxiliary electronic modules, portable storage equipment and precision testing instruments. During processing and application, users need to reasonably control soldering temperature to prevent thermal deformation of glass-filled plastic housing, distinguish Type A and Type B pin structures to avoid mismatched assembly, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass terminals from oxidation and corrosion. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental regulations, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management certifications.
Compared with other connector manufacturers, Antenk owns more than 250 sets of self-developed plastic molds and 180 sets of precision brass stamping molds, supporting flexible customization of pin count, plug type, insulator color and contact plating thickness for this DIP plug connector series. Our 10000-square-meter production base with 250 professional employees is equipped with over 180 automatic assembly machines and 20 sets of professional testing instruments, ensuring stable batch product quality and fast delivery for large-volume orders. As an enterprise holding Guangdong Famous Trademark qualification, more than 70 percent of our plug connectors are exported to global markets. Our multi-stage incoming, in-process and finished product inspection system brings excellent structural rigidity and vibration resistance, effectively reducing poor contact and circuit interruption risks caused by loose mating, and establishing long-term trusted cooperative partnerships with customers across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other international regions.
