Most horizontal process pumps face severe vapor lock and poor suction performance when drawing fluid from low liquid levels, while ordinary vertical pumps lack standardized double bearing layout to offset long-shaft deflection under 2–6 m immersion depth. The VS4-JHY eliminates these core operational defects with API-certified dual upper-lower bearing system and optimized anti-corrosion flow path, becoming the ideal submerged pumping unit for sulfur-phosphorus chemical, non-ferrous metallurgy and flue gas desulfurization facilities running round-the-clock shifts. Complying with all mandatory VS4 structural clauses of API 610, this pump adopts a fully dry upper bearing bracket separated from tank media, which prevents acid vapor corrosion of lubrication components — a critical safety upgrade missing on generic cheap submersible pumps. The extended solid alloy shaft receives G2.5 full dynamic balancing per ISO 1940 vibration limits, restricting shaft bending under full immersion load below 0.05 mm to reduce sleeve and mechanical seal abrasion drastically. Two groups of supporting bearings are arranged along the shaft: upper angular contact bearings bear axial thrust, while submerged sliding bearings absorb radial force, evenly distributing long-term bending load to extend bearing service life to API-mandated minimum 25,000 operating hours.
