Tailored for high-challenge service carrying slurries, concentrated strong acids and media with solid particle content between 1% and 6%, the OH2-JHF upgrades all flow path hardware with high-chromium wear-resistant alloy casting to withstand continuous particle scouring and intense chemical erosion. Its semi-open reinforced impeller with adjustable front wear plate clearance avoids clogging when pumping gypsum desulfurization slurry, molten sulfur circulation liquid and mixed acid metallurgical leachate at operating temperatures peaking at 450°C. A dual balance hole auxiliary thrust reduction structure is integrated into the JHF volute design to offset amplified axial loads generated by two-phase solid-liquid flow, extending bearing service life by nearly 40% versus standard cantilever pumps operating under slurry duty. The bearing housing adds an independent forced air cooling fin assembly as standard, while water cooling jackets are available for ultra-high-temperature medium applications above 350°C. Unlike JHE’s single volute, JHF adopts double volute hydraulic architecture to balance radial hydraulic forces under off-design partial flow conditions, drastically reducing vibration amplitude during variable load production shifts common in fertilizer and coal gasification plants. All JHF wetted parts feature thickened wall thickness and overlay anti-corrosion surfacing treatment, lowering frequency of spare part replacement for factories running high-abrasion process lines.
Unified technical parameters shared by both OH2 series variants cover flow rates from 3 m³/h to 2600 m³/h, maximum single-stage head up to 300 meters and design working pressure reaching 5.0 MPa, fully covering low, medium and high-pressure industrial circulation requirements. Baseplates comply with API 610 heavy-duty grouted specifications, equipped with integrated anti-vibration isolation pads to stop equipment vibration from interfering with adjacent online monitoring instruments. Every finished OH2-JHE and OH2-JHF unit passes full factory performance testing including hydraulic curve verification, thermal cycling aging and 24-hour continuous load operation inspection, with complete API-compliant test reports, material mill certificates and dynamic balancing records supplied alongside each pump set. For plant managers aiming to lower total ownership cost over 5–10 year equipment lifespans, splitting clean and abrasive service duties between JHE and JHF eliminates the waste of deploying heavy-duty slurry pumps on mild fluid loops while preventing frequent component failure from using standard pumps on acid-slurry media, forming a cost-efficient two-tier pumping solution matching diversified production workshop demands.
