02 PRECISION CASTING
JH pumps Casting factory owns 4 special steel casting lines, supported byindustrial 3D printing technology for rapid mold manufacturing. It includestwo 3,000t/a resin sand lines, one 600t/a lost foam casting line and one100t/a precision casting line. We adopt ProE 3D simulation for castingdesign and Huazhu CAE software for solidification pre-analysis.Equippedwith floor-standing spectrometer, heat treatment equipment, shot blastingand other advanced equipment to ensure the quality of castings. The molten steel produced at one time reaches 2.5 tons.
03 PROCESSING CAPABILITY
CNC horizontal lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC floor milling and boring machine, machining center and more than 200 sets of equipments.The maximum machining diameter reaches 3 meters, and the maximum workpiece length is 6 meters.
