The filling unit completes a complete working cycle through four linkage functional actions, including tracking descending and mouth insertion, synchronous tracking filling, rapid ascending and fast resetting. All actions are composed of precise horizontal tracking displacement and vertical lifting movement, ensuring synchronous matching between filling action and production line conveying speed, effectively improving overall production efficiency and packaging consistency.

The equipment is equipped with an intuitive touch screen operation interface, supporting visual parameter setting, real-time equipment monitoring and fault query, with simple operation and low learning cost. Adopting vertical lifting filling technology, it effectively suppresses liquid agitation and foam generation during filling, perfectly adapting to foaming liquid and paste materials. The core filling cylinder undergoes professional hard chrome treatment and precision grinding process, paired with a uniquely optimized filling valve structure, achieving zero dripping and residual leakage during high-speed filling.

Built with practical intelligent protection functions, the machine features a strict no-bottle-no-filling interlock function to avoid material waste and empty running. According to different bottle shapes and structural specifications, the equipment can be equipped with customized positioning devices to adapt to diversified container filling demands. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-grade 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant and fully hygienic. The equipment supports convenient daily disassembly and cleaning, and is compatible with online cleaning and high-temperature sterilization procedures, fully meeting high-standard industrial hygienic production requirements.

In terms of standardized technical parameters, this inline liquid filler is configured with 4 filling heads to support efficient batch production. It covers a wide filling capacity range of 500ml to 4500ml, with ultra-high filling accuracy controlled within ±0.5%. The stable filling speed ranges from 20 to 45 bottles per minute, balancing high production efficiency and precise filling quality. The equipment adopts 380V industrial power supply with a total power of 6kw, matching a working air pressure of 0.6–0.7mpa and air consumption of 0.8～1m³/min, ensuring stable and continuous pneumatic operation. With overall dimensions of 2000×1500×2100mm and a net weight of 1000kg, the machine features a solid and compact structure, convenient for production line installation and seamless docking, making it an ideal supporting device for various automated liquid packaging production lines.
