Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 Q type inverted vertical plug connector with 64 positions is a standard industrial backplane connector built for stable signal and low-current power interconnection between rack-mounted PCB modules. In strict accordance with engineering drawing standards, this connector adopts 2.54mm fixed pitch, supporting 16pin single row, 32pin single row, 32pin double row and 64pin double row multiple layout schemes. The insulating housing is injection molded with PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant specification. Brass contact pins are available with gold flash, diversified thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating surface treatments to minimize contact resistance and strengthen long-term anti-tarnish performance. Its electrical specifications cover 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of withstanding 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and maintaining stable operation within the temperature range from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Multiple straight and wrap-around solder tail lengths are optional to fit PCBs with different thickness, with total insertion force limited and minimum withdrawal force defined for each individual contact to avoid loose connection after frequent mating cycles. Our whole production procedure consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment control all outline and PCB layout dimensions within tight tolerances to match standard through-hole wave soldering processes.
This inverted vertical DIN plug is installed by inserting straight or wrapped solder tails into preset through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and completing wave soldering fixation, then mating the plug with matching DIN41612 female receptacles to build closed-loop data and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication switching cabinet modules, automatic detection test equipment, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition equipment and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and application, users must control heating temperature properly to prevent thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, avoid forced frequent plugging and unplugging to prevent elastic fatigue of brass terminals, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to stop pin oxidation and corrosion.
