Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHDS06 series 2.0mm pitch dual row straight female header with 4.0mm width and 4.0mm plastic height is a standard through-hole board-to-board receptacle designed for stable signal and low-current power interconnection between printed circuit boards. In strict accordance with official engineering drawing standards, this connector supports contact quantities ranging from 2 pins to 80 pins with fixed 2.0mm row pitch, and it provides two structural versions including bump equipped anti-reverse Type 2 and bump free Type 1 to prevent wrong-direction mating during assembly. The insulating body can be customized with PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T multiple high temperature resistant materials that all meet UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Elastic brass contact terminals are available with gold flash, multi-thickness selective gold plating and pure tin plating surface treatment options to reduce contact resistance and strengthen anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish performance. Its electrical specifications contain 1.5A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of enduring 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and maintaining steady operation within the temperature scope from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensional parameters are precisely controlled within tolerance limits to perfectly match standard through-hole wave soldering techniques. It is widely applied in industrial control mainboards, communication signal modules, liquid crystal display driver boards, smart household control panels, portable data storage devices, automotive electronic control units and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must reasonably control soldering temperature to avoid thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced violent plugging and unplugging to prevent elastic fatigue and permanent deformation of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and rust of internal terminals.
