1. Product Overview

YRS-5 is a compact 2-position 2-way normally closed hydraulic solenoid valve. It serves as an on-off switch for branch pipelines in the whole hydraulic system, controlling oil supply to start or lock matched hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinders. It can be combined with relief valves and check valves to form auxiliary valve assemblies, widely applied in mini power units, construction machinery pilot circuits, agricultural machinery and hydraulic clamping systems.

2. Key Technical Data

Orifice diameter:5mm, rated flow:8-12L/min, working pressure:21MPa (max 25MPa), optional coil: DC24V / AC220V, G1/4 threaded mounting, cone sealing structure, compatible with standard anti-wear hydraulic oil, IP65 protection grade.

3. Working Principle & Features

Normally closed with spring reset when de-energized to cut off oil passage and lock the hydraulic motor. Energized solenoid pulls the spool to open the circuit for power output. It features ultra-low internal leakage, easy threaded installation and strong dirt resistance, simplifying layout of compact hydraulic system. Manual override is available for maintenance pressure relief.

4. Application

Mainly used for pipeline on-off control of mini hydraulic power packs, sanitation trucks, farm equipment and workholding fixtures to regulate the running of supporting hydraulic motor. Replace the valve if spool jamming, oil leakage or burnt coil occurs.
