When handling high-viscosity, easy-coking materials that cannot be processed by regular film evaporators, you can opt for our Scraped Film Evaporator, which relies on rotating wiper blades to refresh liquid film constantly and eliminate wall adhesion.

To achieve deeper purification and low-temperature separation of heat-sensitive substances after preliminary concentration, matching Continuous Thin Film Evaporator can be connected to the falling film unit to form a complete integrated evaporation production line, meeting diversified concentration and distillation requirements across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and environmental waste liquid treatment industries.
