All manufacturing procedures strictly comply with dimension standards specified in engineering drawings. The insulating housing adopts LCP material filled with 30 percent glass fiber and meets UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, capable of enduring high temperature during SMT reflow soldering. Conductive contacts are made of C5191R-H phosphor bronze, with multiple plating selections including tin and various thicknesses of gold plating to meet different service life requirements. This battery holder supports two mainstream packaging solutions: tray packing and tape and reel packing to adapt to diverse automated production lines.
