The main conductor selects UL1015 14AWG black single-strand wire, composed of 41 fine tinned copper wires with 0.254mm diameter, paired with wear-resistant PVC outer insulation with an outer diameter of 3.5mm. The material can adapt to long-term use under -40℃~+105℃ temperature fluctuation, and the soft wire body is easy to bend and arrange in dense, narrow equipment gaps. Both ends are precisely crimped with standard quick-disconnect female spade terminals (TE and Molex general models, compatible with 14~16AWG wire), matched with transparent blue insulating casings. The crimping section is pressed by fully automatic equipment, with uniform pressure and strong tensile resistance, effectively avoiding terminal loosening and poor contact under mechanical vibration; the insulating casing isolates exposed metal parts to prevent accidental short-circuit during on-site wiring.
