This single-core white jumper harness is a lightweight short-distance connecting wire independently developed for narrow-space low-voltage bridging, which is completely different from the multi-core sealed heavy wiring harness and long-distance shielded cable described before. This product abandons complicated multi-layer protection and dense multi-core structure, and is positioned as portable quick wiring accessories, mainly used for temporary circuit docking, internal equipment wiring replacement and small-power circuit jump connection.

The wire body adopts UL1015 14AWG white stranded tinned copper wire, composed of 41 fine copper wires with a single diameter of 0.254mm, with an outer diameter of 3.5mm PVC insulating layer. The insulating material owns excellent anti-aging, wear-resistant and bending-resistant performance, and can keep stable electrical performance continuously in the temperature range of -40℃~+105℃, perfectly adapting to the temperature change environment of vehicle engine compartment and industrial equipment operation. One end is precisely crimped with Molex original quick-disconnect female terminal matched with transparent blue insulating protective sleeve, which fits 14-16AWG wire specification; automatic high-pressure crimping effectively strengthens the tensile strength, avoids terminal falling off and poor contact caused by long-term vehicle vibration, and the insulating sleeve can block exposed metal parts to prevent accidental short-circuit during wiring operation. The other end is reserved with standard 5mm stripped tinned wire end, convenient for direct winding, welding and fixed access to circuit points.

The standard finished length is set as 407±20mm (16 inches), and length adjustment is one of the core customized services of our custom cable assembly and wiring harness, supporting arbitrary lengthening and shortening to match different wiring spacing requirements. Referring to the mature quality control standards summed up from mass production of large quantities of vehicle electrical assembly, this jumper wire carries out strict full inspection before delivery: 100% continuity scanning to eliminate open circuit, short circuit and misconnection problems; DC 300V 10ms high voltage withstand test is implemented uniformly, with insulation resistance controlled above 5MΩ and conduction resistance limited below 3Ω. In appearance inspection, the wire surface, terminal metal and insulating casing are comprehensively checked to remove products with scratches, deformation, rust and burr defects.
