The PVC insulation material features strong oil resistance, bending resistance and anti-aging performance, adapting to long-term use in the temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃, and can cope with the temperature fluctuation and slight vibration inside vehicle cabins and equipment casings. One end adopts original TE tin-plated brass quick-disconnect female terminal, matched with transparent blue insulating protective sleeve; automated constant-pressure crimping technology is adopted to ensure firm combination between terminal and wire, effectively avoiding terminal loosening, wire shedding and poor contact caused by long-term mechanical vibration.
