This USB receptacle adopts black LCP thermoplastic insulator, brass signal contacts and stainless steel outer shell, equipped with multi-layer plating structure including 40 to 80 micro inch nickel underplate, 30 micro inch palladium nickel plus 2 micro inch selective gold on contact surface and lead free tin ranging from 100 to 200 micro inch for solder tails, with two optional solder tail lengths of 1.5mm and 1.9mm matching 1.0mm and 1.6mm thick PCBs respectively. Its electrical parameters include maximum 5A rated current, 20V operating voltage, 100V AC one minute dielectric withstand voltage and minimum 100 megohms insulation resistance, supporting up to 10000 plug and unplug cycles within minus 40 degree Celsius to plus 105 degree Celsius working temperature and fully complying with HSF Sony SS-00259 and RoHS environmental standards.
