1. Product Overview

YF08-09 is a direct-acting threaded cartridge relief valve of standard 08 port size, designed for compact integrated hydraulic manifold installation. It adopts screw-in mounting to save valve block space, core functions include system overload pressure limiting, peak pressure suppression and circuit constant-pressure protection. Widely used in mini excavators, small loader auxiliary oilways, portable hydraulic clamping jigs, agricultural machinery and compact hydraulic power packs, to protect pumps, cylinders and pipelines from pressure surge damage。

This threaded CARTRIDGE VALVE can be directly screwed into integrated manifold blocks, eliminating messy external pipelines and optimizing layout to make the whole hydraulic system compact and simplified. This Hydraulic valve undertakes pressure limiting and overflow tasks to avoid pressure overload and ensure secure operation of the hydraulic system

3. Working Principle

Under normal operating pressure, the preset spring presses the precision poppet tightly against the seat to close the overflow passage. When inlet hydraulic pressure exceeds the calibrated spring threshold, fluid force pushes the poppet open, diverting excess flow back to the tank to cap the maximum system pressure. Once pressure drops below the set value, the spring automatically resets the poppet and cuts off overflow. The hardened poppet sealing structure reduces internal leakage, realizing stable long-term pressure control and fast response to pressure fluctuations。
