Size and Card Construction
The standard folded size is 150 × 150 mm. This gives the floral pattern enough room to retain its fine details and keeps the card suitable for a square envelope.
The front is made from two main layers: a laser-cut outer sheet and a colored backing sheet. They are positioned and attached by hand before the cover is completed. The inside can be left blank or printed with a greeting, invitation details or other custom text.
Other sizes are possible. If the card is made smaller, some petals, dots or connecting lines may need to be adjusted so that the pattern remains strong after cutting.
Customization Options
The current floral design can be supplied in different paper colors or replaced with artwork provided by the buyer. Botanical patterns, initials, lace details and geometric elements can all be considered, as long as the individual sections remain properly connected after cutting.
For LOGO, a brand name, product code or company information can be printed on the card back, envelope or packaging. CONTENT includes the inside message, names, dates, language and other printed wording. DESIGN covers the cutout pattern, colors, size and overall layout.
The backing paper makes a clear difference to the finished look. Green gives the card a fresh botanical style, while cream, blush pink, navy or metallic paper can create a completely different effect. Matching or contrasting envelopes are available.
Customers can send finished AI or print-ready PDF artwork. Sketches and reference images can also be reviewed before artwork preparation.
Laser Cutting and Handmade Assembly
Laser cutting is used because the pattern contains small openings, curved leaves and closely arranged floral details. The machine follows the prepared cutting file, which makes it suitable for decorative designs that would be difficult to produce with a standard cutting die.
The artwork still needs to meet practical production requirements. Lines that are too thin can break, while isolated sections may fall away from the main pattern. We check these areas before sampling and adjust them where necessary.
Once the cover has been cut, the loose paper pieces are removed. The floral layer is then checked and attached to the colored backing paper by hand. Even spacing and clean glue application are important because the backing color is visible through almost every part of the design.
Development and Material Options
For a new design, the first sample is used to check the cutting result, paper strength and alignment of the two front layers. It also shows whether the selected paper color and surface finish work well with the pattern.
Different paper materials and finishes can give the same cutting design a noticeably different appearance. Buyers can compare uncoated paper, specialty paper, glitter and hot foil according to the style and target price of the collection.
Packaging Options
Standard packing is one card with one matching envelope in an OPP bag. Printed envelopes, paper sleeves, barcode labels, branded stickers and individual boxes are also available.
The final packaging will be based on the card size, paper thickness and sales format. For a series with several colors, the same envelope size and packaging layout may be used across the collection.
