Custom TPU Coiled Spring Wire, Open End to Open End Cable

This TPU coiled spring wire is a telescopic open-end cable built for frequent stretch-and-retract usage. Different from Y-type splitter harnesses and ordinary straight wiring products, its spiral spring structure enables automatic retraction after stretching, preventing wire tangling and saving installation space. The cable uses 24AWG black 90A medium-gloss TPU wire with polyester outer jacket. The coiled molding process is precisely controlled to avoid looseness or permanent deformation after forming. Straight wire sections are reserved at both ends, and conductors are stripped and pre-tinned 3mm, making direct soldering to sensors or circuit boards quick and convenient.

All raw materials meet RoHS compliance standards. Each finished cable passes comprehensive electrical tests: full continuity check, DC 500V withstand voltage test, insulation resistance and loop resistance verification to rule out broken wires and poor conduction. The TPU outer layer delivers outstanding abrasion resistance, bending resistance and anti-aging capability, suitable for long-term repeated movement.
