Different from pure sensor extension harnesses and multi-branch temperature sensor cables, this product combines industrial M12 circular connector interfaces with automotive battery alligator clips in one Y-type split architecture. The main branch uses an M12 8Pin A-code female connector for sensor signal acquisition, while the two sub-branches provide an M12 3Pin A-code female connector and a pair of 50A red/black insulated alligator clips respectively. The 50A alligator clips are covered with insulated rubber handles for safe operation, with clear red and black color coding for positive and negative polarity identification.
Every finished cable undergoes strict 100% electrical testing before delivery, including full continuity inspection, DC 500V withstand voltage test, insulation resistance measurement and conduction resistance verification to eliminate open circuits, short circuits and pin misalignment.
