DREM‑30 Proportional Pressure Valve
Product Overview
DREM‑30 is a pilot‑operated electro‑hydraulic proportional pressure‑reducing Hydraulic valve, designed for stepless remote electric pressure regulation of secondary circuits in heavy‑duty hydraulic system and high‑power industrial Machine.
This large‑flow proportional Hydraulic valve adopts sub‑plate mounting with nominal size NG32. It converts analog electrical control signals into infinitely‑variable hydraulic output pressure, reducing high‑pressure oil from the main circuit to the required stable secondary pressure. It can independently set branch pressure for different actuators inside your hydraulic system, realizing flexible multi‑pressure control. With low hysteresis, high linearity and stable pressure‑holding performance, it is a reliable pressure‑control component for large hydraulic presses, die‑casting machines, metallurgical equipment and other heavy‑load hydraulic‑driven Machine.

Working Principle
DREM‑30 proportional pressure‑reducing Hydraulic valve is composed of pilot proportional solenoid assembly and main valve spool assembly. After receiving the electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid generates corresponding thrust to adjust pilot pressure. The pilot pressure pushes the main spool to change the opening gap between inlet and outlet ports, lowering high‑pressure oil of main circuit to preset secondary pressure and maintaining stable outlet pressure. It provides independent pressure control and pressure protection for actuator branches of the whole hydraulic system.
Proportional solenoid damage, spool sticking or amplifier failure will cause pressure drift, unstable pressure output, pressure loss or over‑pressure faults of the Machine. Replacing a qualified DREM‑30 proportional pressure valve can restore accurate remote pressure‑regulation performance of your hydraulic branch circuit.
