Working Principle
DRE(M)(E)-6X proportional pressure‑reducing Hydraulic valve consists of proportional pilot solenoid, pilot valve assembly and main spool. After receiving the electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid outputs corresponding thrust to adjust pilot pressure. Pilot pressure pushes the main spool to change the opening gap between inlet and outlet, reducing the main‑circuit high‑pressure oil to preset stable secondary pressure, regardless of flow fluctuation inside the hydraulic system.
The ‑M version adds built‑in check‑valve to prevent reverse‑flow pressure impact; ‑E version integrates electronic drive unit, simplifying wiring layout.
