Working Principle
DBET‑50 proportional relief Hydraulic valve consists of proportional solenoid, poppet spool and spring assembly. After receiving electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid generates proportional thrust to act on the main spring. When system pressure inside the hydraulic system rises to the preset value, hydraulic force pushes the poppet spool away from the seat, opening the P‑to‑T passage and discharging excess pilot oil to limit maximum system pressure. Even under electronic failure condition, the valve can still provide safe maximum‑pressure protection for the hydraulic system.
Damaged proportional solenoid, poppet spool sticking or amplifier malfunction will cause pressure drift, unstable pressure limiting, over‑pressure or pressure‑setting failure of the Machine.
