Working Principle
3DREP6‑10 proportional pressure‑reducing Hydraulic valve consists of dual proportional solenoids, pressure‑measuring spool and main‑stage control spool assembly. After receiving electrical command signal, the proportional solenoid generates corresponding thrust to push the control spool, opening the passage from inlet P to target output port (A or B), while connecting the other working port to tank T. The built‑in pressure‑measuring spool feeds back outlet pressure to balance solenoid thrust, keeping secondary pressure stable regardless of flow fluctuation inside the hydraulic system. When power is cut off, the spool returns to central position, connecting both A and B ports to tank, releasing residual pressure for the whole hydraulic system.
