Product Overview

DF Series Hydraulic High‑Pressure Filter is a plate‑mount inline high-pressure FILTER, an essential precision protection component for industrial hydraulic system. It can be directly installed under directional valves on pressure pipelines to trap fine solid contaminants and safeguard high-precision hydraulic components of the Machine.

This high-pressure FILTER adopts high-strength cast iron filter head and steel filter bowl to resist high pressure and pressure impact. It intercepts metal wear debris, rubber fragments and fine particulate impurities inside pressurized hydraulic oil, maintaining high cleanliness of hydraulic fluid. It effectively prevents valve core jamming, scratches and abrasion on proportional valves, servo valves and hydraulic cylinders in the hydraulic system, extending service life and lowering breakdown risk of the whole Machine.

Working Principle

As a plate-type high-pressure inline FILTER for the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows into the filter housing. Tiny solid contaminants are captured by high-performance filter media, and purified high-pressure oil continues to be delivered to actuators of the Machine. It stops hard particles from scuffing precision matching surfaces of valves and pumps within the hydraulic system.

When the filter element accumulates contaminants, the differential pressure rises. The clogging indicator triggers an alarm signal to remind operators to replace the filter element timely. If the filter element is heavily blocked, the optional bypass valve opens to prevent oil supply interruption and unexpected shutdown of the Machine, ensuring continuous running of the hydraulic system.
