Product Overview

EBG Pilot Proportional Relief Valve is high precision electro-hydraulic Hydraulic valve, designed for main circuit pressure regulation of the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. This Hydraulic valve adopts pilot operated two-stage structure, composed of proportional pilot valve and main relief valve. It can continuously adjust system pressure linearly according to 0~10V voltage or 4~20mA current signal from controller. It limits and stabilizes the pressure of the whole hydraulic system, realizing stepless pressure control during different working stages of the Machine.

The EBG series includes EBG-03, EBG-06, EBG-10 sizes with C and H pressure range options. It is plate mounting type and requires matching proportional amplifier. Original and aftermarket replacement versions are available, widely used on hydraulic press, injection molding machine and other heavy-duty industrial Machine for pressure closed-loop control.

Working Principle

When the Machine is running, the controller sends adjustable electric signal to this Hydraulic valve. The proportional solenoid generates electromagnetic force proportional to the signal value and acts on the pilot spool. The pilot pressure changes accordingly and controls the opening of the main valve spool. When pressure of the hydraulic system exceeds the preset value, main valve opens to discharge excess oil and limit the system pressure. By changing input electric signal, the set pressure can be adjusted continuously. It automatically maintains stable pressure for the hydraulic system to satisfy varying load requirements of the Machine.
