Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. produces AT2500F‑V series 3.5 millimeter screwless spring clamp terminal blocks to realize safe and stable wire to board power and signal connection for printed circuit board assemblies. This no ear latch terminal block adopts polyamide insulator housing with UL94V 0 flame retardant grade, copper alloy tin plated terminals and stainless steel spring clamp components. It supports contact pole count from 2 poles up to 16 poles and fits 16‑24 AWG wire gauge, delivers 300VAC rated voltage and maximum 12 amp per way current, maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance and 2500VAC one minute dielectric withstand, operating temperature covers minus 40 degree Celsius to plus 105 degree Celsius and passes 250 degree Celsius 5 seconds soldering reliability test. Users insert qualified stripped wires into spring clamp openings for fast wiring, select proper pole quantity and housing color according to project demands, confirm wire gauge and pole specifications before PCB layout and store products under dry environment to prevent terminal oxidation.
