Product Overview
RFB With Check Valve Magnetic Return Filter is a high-efficiency return-line FILTER designed for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. It is mounted on the top of the hydraulic oil tank, integrating magnetic filtration and fiber medium filtration. This FILTER cleans returning hydraulic oil from the working circuit of the Machine, capturing ferromagnetic metal wear debris and other solid contaminants inside the hydraulic system before oil flows back into the tank.
Equipped with a built-in check valve, bypass valve and optional clogging indicator. The check valve prevents oil backflow when the Machine shuts down and keeps the pipeline filled with oil for smooth restart. The magnetic core can adsorb fine iron particles that ordinary filter elements cannot trap. Multiple flow and precision options are available for different hydraulic power units and industrial Machine.

Working Principle
When the Machine is running, used hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through the RFB return FILTER. Large and non-magnetic impurities are trapped by the filter medium, while fine iron powder and metal wear chips are firmly adsorbed by the built-in magnetic rod. Clean oil flows into the hydraulic oil tank.
As contaminants accumulate, pressure drop increases. When pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the clogging indicator sends out warning signal. If the Machine cannot stop maintenance immediately, the bypass valve opens at 0.35 MPa to avoid excessive back pressure and protect the hydraulic system. After shutdown, the built-in check valve closes automatically to stop oil from flowing back out of the pipeline, maintaining oil priming and enabling quick restart of the Machine.
