Product Overview

LXZS With Check Valve Magnetic Return Filter is a vital FILTER installed on the hydraulic oil tank. It cleans return oil flowing back to the tank in the hydraulic system. Equipped with permanent magnet and built-in check valve, this FILTER captures iron wear particles and solid contaminants. The check valve prevents oil backflow when the Machine stops, protecting the hydraulic system and hydraulic components. It is widely used for engineering Machine, mining equipment and hydraulic power units.

Working Principle

Return oil enters this FILTER before flowing into the tank. The permanent magnet adsorbs fine ferrous debris, then the filter element traps other solid impurities. When the FILTER gets clogged, the bypass valve opens to maintain operation of the hydraulic system. The built-in check valve cuts off oil reverse flow once the Machine shuts down, avoiding contaminated oil re-entering the hydraulic circuit.
