XNL Tank Mounted Return Line Filter is a reliable FILTER fitted on the hydraulic oil tank, designed to purify return oil of the hydraulic system. This FILTER traps solid particles and impurities carried by returning hydraulic oil before oil enters the tank. It prevents abrasive damage to precision hydraulic parts and ensures stable operation of the Machine. It is widely used on construction Machine, mining equipment, hydraulic power units and other industrial machinery.

Working Principle

Contaminated oil from the hydraulic circuit flows back through this FILTER into the oil tank. The filter element intercepts solid pollutants. Once the FILTER becomes clogged, the built-in bypass valve automatically opens to maintain oil circulation in the hydraulic system, avoiding sudden halt of the Machine.
