Product Overview

DFB Pressure Filter For Plated Connection Series is a high-pressure plate-mounted FILTER, directly mounted on manifold blocks and pressure pipelines of the hydraulic system. This heavy-duty FILTER captures metal wear debris, solid particles and other contaminants inside hydraulic oil, protecting precision control components for different types of industrial and mobile Machine. Its plated connection design enables compact assembly, making it ideal for servo hydraulic circuits and high-precision hydraulic system to prevent valve jamming and component abrasion caused by oil contamination.

Working Principle

As an essential FILTER on the pressure side of the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic fluid flows into the filter housing and passes through the glass fiber filter element. Solid impurities are trapped on the filter media to keep hydraulic oil clean. When the filter element accumulates dirt and the pressure difference reaches the set threshold, the differential pressure indicator triggers an alarm to remind maintenance. If the pressure difference continues rising, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically, ensuring continuous oil supply and avoiding sudden failure of the whole Machine.
