GU-H With Check Valve Pressure Line Filter is an inline high-pressure FILTER, mounted on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system. This reliable FILTER removes solid particles, metal debris and other contaminants in pressurized hydraulic oil to protect precision hydraulic parts for various industrial and mobile Machine. Integrated with a built-in check valve, it prevents oil backflow when the system stops, avoiding element damage and oil contamination reverse flow, which greatly improves the safety and stability of the hydraulic system.

Working Principle

As an important FILTER on the pressure side of the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows through the filter housing and filter element. Impurities are trapped by the filter media to keep hydraulic oil clean. When the filter element is blocked and pressure difference reaches 0.35MPa, the indicator will send an alarm signal for element replacement. The built-in check valve closes instantly when the hydraulic system shuts down, blocking oil reverse flow. It avoids backflow impact on the filter element and prevents contaminated oil from flowing back to damage components of the Machine.
