Product Overview

DH‑7 Series Joystick is a hydraulic pilot control joystick assembly specially designed for Doosan excavators. As the core operating component inside the cab, it transmits operator manipulation signals to the hydraulic system of the engineering Machine. This pilot joystick adopts integrated hydraulic valve‑body structure, achieving proportional control of flow and pressure. It accurately governs the direction and running speed of boom, arm, bucket and swing movements. Stable pilot output guarantees smooth, responsive operation of the whole Machine. Widely used for original equipment matching and aftermarket spare‑part replacement for Doosan DH‑7 series excavators.

Working Principle

When the operator tilts DH‑7 Series Joystick, internal spool inside the pilot valve shifts accordingly. Low‑pressure pilot hydraulic oil flows out in proportion to handle deflection angle. These hydraulic control signals are delivered to the main multi‑way valve within the hydraulic system. The main valve then changes oil‑flow direction and volume, driving hydraulic cylinders and swing motor of the Machine. Upon releasing the handle, built‑in return springs push the joystick back to neutral position, cutting pilot oil output and stopping all machine movements. Well‑matched spool‑sleeve fit ensures sensitive, lag‑free command transmission for the hydraulic system.
