LKF Priority Speed Control Valve
Product Overview
LKF Priority Speed Control Valve is a professional pressure‑compensated Hydraulic valve. It is installed in the hydraulic system to guarantee fixed priority flow for key actuator circuits of the Machine. Excess hydraulic oil is bypassed to other working loops. Regardless of changes in pump output or working load, this Hydraulic valve keeps stable flow supply for priority functions such as steering and auxiliary drive. Damaged or improperly calibrated units will cause insufficient oil supply for critical actions, unstable operating speed and abnormal response delay of the Machine. Thread‑type inline installation simplifies pipeline layout, available with or without integrated relief valve, suitable for original equipment assembly and on‑site overhaul of hydraulic system .

Working Principle
When oil enters the LKF priority speed control valve from the pump inside the hydraulic system, the internal pressure‑compensated spool works together with adjustable throttle orifice. By rotating the operating lever, users set the required priority flow. The valve automatically maintains constant flow delivered to the priority circuit, independent of pressure fluctuations from the Machine. Any extra oil volume is diverted through the bypass port toward other actuators. If equipped with built‑in relief valve, it provides over‑pressure protection for the whole hydraulic system. When internal components suffer wear or spool sticking, priority flow will drift, which directly impairs safety‑related movements of the Machine.
Core Advantages
1. Full‑range pressure compensation, priority flow keeps stable with changing load and pump supply inside hydraulic system.
2. Graduated adjustment lever, intuitive flow calibration, convenient field parameter setting for the Machine.
3. Compact inline threaded structure, easy pipe connection, no complicated valve manifold required.
4. Optional integrated relief valve, simplifies circuit design and delivers over‑pressure safeguard for hydraulic system.
5. Robust cast‑valve‑body construction, good anti‑shock performance for frequent cyclic operation.
6. Effectively solves typical failures: weak steering response, priority‑circuit speed fluctuation, unstable actuator performance.
Application Scope
This Hydraulic valve is widely fitted to agricultural machinery, sanitation trucks, road equipment and other mobile industrial Machine. As a vital flow distribution component of the hydraulic system, it ensures sufficient, steady oil supply for steering and other priority functions, while surplus oil drives auxiliary working devices. It is widely used for new‑unit manufacturing as well as maintenance and component replacement of mobile hydraulic equipment.
