Product Overview

P80 Monoblock Directional Valve is a heavy-duty one-piece cast Hydraulic valve, upgraded from P40 series with rated flow up to 80 L/min. It integrates multiple control spools, main relief valve and anti-drop check valves inside a single cast iron body. It is used to switch oil flow direction, adjust flow and limit pressure of the hydraulic system. This valve can be customized with 1~8 spools, suitable for medium-load mobile Machine. It adopts parallel oil circuit design, stable performance and strong pollution resistance for tough working environments.

Working Principle

This integrated Hydraulic valve has all spools housed within one cast body. When pushing or pulling the control lever, the spool slides to open or close internal oil passages, changing the flow direction of the hydraulic system and driving hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors to lift, rotate or stop. The built-in main relief valve restricts maximum system pressure to protect all hydraulic components. Each spool can be fitted with a check valve to prevent load falling caused by oil backflow, ensuring safe operation of the Machine. Multiple spools can work independently or simultaneously.
