Product Overview

HSSD Series Monoblock & Sectional Directional Control Valves is a versatile multi-spool Hydraulic valve specially developed for mobile machinery. This series provides two structural options: monoblock (one-piece cast body) and sectional (bolt-combined modular sections). It controls flow direction, flow rate and pressure of the hydraulic system to drive multiple hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. The monoblock version features compact structure while the sectional type supports flexible addition or removal of valve sections. It can be equipped with various spool functions and multiple control modes to match different working demands of mobile Machine.

Working Principle

This multi-way Hydraulic valve adopts parallel oil circuit design. For monoblock type, all spools are installed inside one integrated cast body. For sectional type, separate valve slices are assembled together by tie rods. When actuating the control handle or remote control signal, the spool slides and switches internal oil passages, changing oil flow direction of the hydraulic system to make actuators extend, retract or stop. The built-in relief valve limits maximum pressure to protect the whole hydraulic system. Load holding check valves prevent load falling due to oil backflow. Multiple spools can work independently or simultaneously to complete compound actions for the Machine.
