Product Overview

DCV140 sectional hydraulic valve is a heavy-duty modular hydraulic valve engineered for mobile cranes, mining machinery and other rugged heavy equipment. As a reliable hydraulic valve, it precisely regulates hydraulic oil flow, direction and pressure within the hydraulic system to deliver powerful, coordinated multi-action control for your Machine. Its sectional modular design supports flexible spool combinations ranging from 1 to 12 sections, which can be customized to handle complex lifting, slewing and digging functions of cranes and mining machines.

Working Principle

This hydraulic valve routes pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic system to different actuators of the Machine. Each spool independently controls movements such as boom hoisting, arm extension, bucket operation and slewing. The built-in load check valve securely locks loads and prevents sudden load dropping when the control handle returns to neutral. The optional load-sensing function automatically adjusts oil supply according to actual load demand, reducing power loss and heat generation in the hydraulic system under continuous heavy-duty mining and lifting cycles.
