Main functions

VTC series machine tool is an automatic CNC machining machine used to machine the inner and outer cylindrical surface, tapered surface, end face, groove and chamfer of the parts. This machine tool is especially suitable for the rough and finish machining of the parts such as automobile wheel hub, brake hub, flywheel shell, clutch shell, pressure plate, rim, differential shell and disc.

Main features

The machine adopts roller type linear slide rail. It has super high rigidity and super heavy load capacity. The positioning accuracy and load capacity of the longitudinal and transverse feed movements of the machine have been greatly improved.
The machine spindle pulley and spindle CNC servo motor pulley are linked by belt, equipped with high torque servo motor, stepless variable speed, and wide range of variable speed. It can meet the different requirements of spindle speed for rough machining and finish machining of parts.
The machine tool holder adopts horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool holder, with short tool change time, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
The upper end of the spindle can be equipped with a disc type table or hydraulic chuck according to customer requirements. The lower end of the spindle is equipped with single piston cylinder or double piston cylinder for controlling and pressing the workpiece and hydraulic chuck.
The machine tool can be equipped with domestic CNC system such as Guangzhou CNC, Beijing Kainty, Chengdu Guangtai, etc., or imported CNC system.
