1)When the third and fourth side are trimming,the program automatically controls to keep 0.5~1mm more,to avoid cutting first or second side edge banding.The more part is processed by the rearcorner rounding unit to achieve higher production efficiency,the board spacing is 400mm,and the feed speed is 32m/min.

2)Horizontal trimming unit avoid pressure marks caused by the relative movement between the profile copy and the edge band surface.

3)Completely avoids edge broken issues during trimming.

4)With magnetic levitation technology,the trimming unit is absolute synchronization with the board,ensuring precise trimming accuracy.
