Main Function
1)Suction belt feeding System
The paperbobard feeding is stable and does not oblique, the positioning is more accurate, and the wear resistance is extremely high.
2)Gluing unit
Using stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
3)Creasing line system
The creasing line is pressed again by the roller, and the limit of the outer wheel is folded to solve the error of the size of the mouth.
4)Folding structure
Natural origami is made up of guide strips folded into a shape.
Vacuum suction belt transit the paperboard properly.
5)Stitching unit
While corrugated sheet enters the stitching unit, it will be positioned by the front baffle, and the rear baffle taps the paper tightly to square the carton, then quickly stitching the first pin to fix the carton and then open the front baffle and stitching it out continuously. This structure effectively solves the high and low feet of the carton and the scissor edge problem, making the molded carton more standard.
6) Counter Ejector
Optional bottom counter type or top counter type.
