Working Principle：

1. Material conveying: the hay is conveyed to the compression chamber of the baler through feeding devices, such as conveyor belt, screw pusher, etc..

2. Compression molding: In the compression chamber, the piston or press plate driven by the hydraulic system squeezes the hay to reduce its volume and increase the density.

3. Stretching and fixing: When the hay is compressed to a certain degree, the strapping device of the baler will automatically put the strapping band or rope around the hay bale to fix it and prevent it from getting loose.

Structure Composition.

1. Feeding device: including feeding hopper, conveyor belt, etc. It serves to feed the hay into the compression chamber evenly and smoothly.

3. Compression chamber: It is the main place for hay compression, made of strong metal plates, the size and shape of the inner space depends on the model and design of the baler.

3. Hydraulic system: It consists of oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve, etc. It provides power to the compression piston so that it can produce strong squeezing pressure to compress the hay into bales.

4. Stretching device: usually used automatic strapping machine, can automatically complete the strapping band winding, tensioning and cutting and other operations, common rope bundling and strap bundling type two.

5. control system: generally use PLC control system, can realize the automatic operation of the baler, including feeding, compression, strapping and other processes of precise control, but also can set the size of the baling, density and other parameters.
