Working Principle:
1.Collection and classification: first collect the waste paper boards, classify the different types and materials of waste paper boards according to certain standards, such as hard and soft materials, color and other distinctions, so as to facilitate better subsequent processing and utilization.
2. Compression: Through the hydraulic system or mechanical device to generate a strong pressure, by the pressure head will be put into the baling chamber of the waste paperboard gradually compressed, so that its volume is greatly reduced, to achieve the purpose of easy transportation and storage.
3. Packing and fixing: Use the rope, wire or steel belt of the baler to wrap and tie around the compressed waste paper boards, fixing them into tight packages to prevent them from being loose during transportation and handling.
4. Sealing and cutting: after the baling is completed, the equipment automatically seals the bundled ropes, wires or steel bands to ensure a firm connection, and at the same time cuts off the excess part to make the appearance of the baled waste paper board neat and tidy, and easy for handling and transportation.
Structural Composition:
1. Mechanical system: including frame, platen, guide rail, conveyor belt and other components, it is the basic structure to realize the compression and baling of waste paper boards, providing mechanical support and power transmission for the whole baling process.
2. Control system: generally consists of electrical control cabinet, operation buttons, sensors, etc., which is used to control the various actions of the baler, such as starting, stopping, compression, return, etc., to realize automated operation and to improve the working efficiency and accuracy.

4. Power system: there are mainly two types of hydraulic power and mechanical power.
