Founded in 1997, the company currently owns six specialized luggage manufacturing enterprises, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang (mainly soft and soft cases), Guangde in Anhui (mainly hard cases), Xinping in Yunnan (mainly women's bags), Phnom Penh in Cambodia (mainly in soft/hard cases, soft bags), and Dominican Republic (mainly in hard cases). We mainly produce travel soft cases, PC hard cases, laptop bags, briefcases, backpacks, women's bags, wallets, and school bags. With an annual output of over 30 million bags, it is one of the largest luggage manufacturers in China and even the world. Its main customers include internationally renowned brands such as Samsonite, Delsey, Ricardo, Targus, and Vera Bradley, as well as world-renowned department stores, shopping malls, and supermarkets like Costco, Macy's, and Kohl's.
In 2011, the company successfully acquired the world-renowned luggage brand Hedgren, hailed as Belgium's "national calling card." In 2015, it established its own brand HYou, launching the domestic market. It has established long-term close partnerships with major world-renowned luggage brands and several Fortune Global 500 companies. The group's brand Hedgren is also an important member of the world-renowned luggage brand family. In September 2016, Hedgren rose to wide recognition as the supplier of media bags for the G20 Hangzhou Summit and guest gift bags for the B20 Hangzhou Summit, establishing itself as a globally‑competitive Chinese brand. In August 2021, League became the exclusive official luggage supplier for the 2022 Asian Games.
At present, relying on technological progress, the company is actively transforming the traditional luggage manufacturing and processing model into a new business model of creative design and R&D and self-owned brand management. In November 2018, the group invested RMB 200 million in the Anhui Wandongnan Type-B Bonded Logistics Center, which officially opened for customs operation. In May 2021, the group invested RMB 1.2 billion in the construction of the Lit City International Luggage Digital Cultural and Creative Center. The center was grandly launched and provides comprehensive professional operation services for external clients. This aims to upgrade from manufacturing to "intelligent manufacturing," build a complete luggage industry chain, accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, and promote higher-quality, sustainable, and healthy enterprise development.
